Q. Is this event required?
A. Yes. Your manager is already aware of your attendance. If you need help resolving any scheduling conflicts, please reach out to us.

Q. Can I bring a guest who isn’t in the Global Tech Program?
A. No, this event is exclusively for Global Tech participants.

Q. Is parking available?
A. Yes, but it is first-come, first-served. We encourage carpooling with fellow participants when possible.

Q. Can I expense rideshares (Lyft/Uber) to the event?
A. No, rideshares are not reimbursable. We hope you can take advantage of the strong connections you’ve built in the program to commute with others.

Q. Is there a dress code?
A. Wear whatever you feel most comfortable in. Please note, however, that a professional photographer will be on-site offering complimentary headshots for anyone who would like one.

Q. Are accessibility accommodations available?
A. Yes. Please contact us in advance so we can ensure the right accommodations are in place.
